Nome Kennel Club 26-miler, January 30, 2021

Saturday, Jan. 30 was a beautiful day for a race. It was clear and sunny with the temperature at around minus 17 at start time. Five mushers started the challenging course which started at the Nome Municipal snow dump and took them to Dexter, along the Nome River to the VOR site, and then back to the start. A total of 26 miles. Nils Hahn was the fastest of the five teams.
