JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Assistant Project Administrator
JOB STATUS: Permanent, Full Time, Non Exempt
SALARY RANGE : $26.75-$28.38 DOE
The successful candidate, working under minimal supervision, will be responsible for administering, reporting and managing the on-going Modernization Programs of BSRHA. BSRHA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Preference in the selection of qualified candidates will be provided to American Indian and/or Alaska Native.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school graduate or equivalent and at least 2 years of post-secondary education in either an approved apprentice program, a trade school or an Associate Degree
• Minimum 5 years, cumulative experience in a residential construction related trade of which 2 years must be in a supervisory position
• Demonstrable knowledge of federal and state regulatory and funding requirements.
• Demonstrable skills in the preparation and reporting of project scopes of work, cost estimating, budgeting and accounting.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills equivalent to a 12 Grade level are a must.
• Licensure and/or Certification as a Journeyman in a Building Trade or Engineering Technician may be utilized in lieu of the minimum education requirement.

Norton Sound Economic Development Corporation
(NSEDC) is currently recruiting for the following positions:
• Facilities and Refrigeration Engineer (Nome) is responsible for the proper operation of Norton Sound Seafood Products facilities and equipment in Northern Norton Sound. This is a 12 month position with a greater amount of the responsibilities and effort concentrated between June and November.
• Assistant Manager (Nome) will assist the Northern NSSP Operations Manager in all capacities of Northern NSSP Operations for crab, halibut, cod and other fisheries products, including but not limited to: marketing, inventory, reporting, production, tender operations, packaging & shipping; quality control, plant upkeep and maintenance; supervision of crew and continued improvement of Northern NSSP operations.
• Southern Assistant Manager (Unalakleet) will assist the Southern NSSP Operations Manager in all capacities of Southern NSSP Operations for salmon, herring and other fisheries products, including but not limited to: marketing, inventory, reporting, production, tender operations, packaging& shipping; quality control, plant upkeep and maintenance; supervision of crew and continued improvement of Southern NSSP operations.
