New Arrival: Kurrie Jo Kayakaq Qalmesalek U. Ungwiluk

Samantha J. Ungwiluk and Duane A. Johnson are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Kurrie Jo Kayakaq Qalmesalek U. Ungwiluk. She was born on November 17, at 4:52 a.m. at Norton Sound Regional hospital in Nome. The baby weighted 7 lbs and 11 oz and was 19 ½ inches in length. Her siblings are Andrea Ungott, 6, and Arthur Ungwiluk, 6. The baby will live in the community of Gambell. Her maternal grandparents are Eddie and Joni Ungott of  Gambell. Her paternal grandparents are Albert Johnson and Delia Oozevaseuk of Nome.
